We should look on the food like a luxury not like a need so we should always make time for our meal, do not eat on hurry. Food requires time to be eaten and also be digested. The secret lays in the chewing - it is important to chew small pieces and also very slowly. If you follow the instructions that Brandon is giving, you will never again do diets because the chances of getting fat are reduced. Great meditation!
