I like this meditation. It helped me think the positivity of achieving the goals. While some point I will meet obstacles and struggles, I just do the work with strength and believing in myself that I’ll achieve my goals. I will listen to this meditation again.

This meditation was relaxation at its finest! It was a real escape from reality when you have the need to "run" from the everyday activities and have alone time. I can literally feel like i was on the wide grass field Matt was describing, hearing the river in the background, it was amazing really! I really like Matt as a reader because there is something in his voice that sounds very powerful and keeps your concentration while listening. This visualization was breathtaking.
