I listened to this meditation yesterday, and I listen again today. This is one of my favorites (the subject) because I love nature especially the luscious green forest and the different bodies of water. I remember listening to this in the past and I know I loved it and now that the reader is different, I even love it more. It is quite easy to picture the surroundings especially the movement and the sound of the water. I think I already said this before, but I want to say it again that, this meditation would be more perfect if there is sound of the stream.
This topic was one of my favorites. It takes me to the forest full of green leaves and tall trees. There's nothing wrong with Brandon but I like Matt's version of this. Maybe Brandon doesn't resonate with me. Maybe the voice really matters. .
Visualization can be an "escape from reality" spot in every situation. Visualize yourself in a field, surrounded with birds sounds, calm spring breeze and smell of fresh roses. Could it be more relaxing? But the problem sometimes is that we can not manage to get deeply into the visualization, we need help with that, a guide from a professional. Ease meditation never fail to impress me! Brandon did a great job!
