This is another great topic meditation. Having personal space for some time helped reduce or relieve stress or anxiety. And the bubble symbolized that we can fight anything negative in our lives. Only ourselves can do this and nothing can touch or harm us. However, I felt that the speaker's voice was too stiff and fast to analyze and concentrate on meditation.
The more you meditate before going to bed at night, the more you get a good night sleep. True! Emptying your thoughts by meditation like this episode, has such an amazing effect to your sleep. I did experience it last night. That personal bubble creates a feeling of hope and confidence for tomorrow.
It casts away the worries and gives will power a boost. In effect, peace of mind and deep slumber. Five stars!

I believe that visualization is one of the most powerful means of achieving personal goals. Visualize this thing that you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blue print, and begin to build. The more light you allow within you, the brighter the world you live in will be. I feel really grateful and fulfilled after this meditation because it help me to have quality alone time.
This is good meditation, i really enjoyed listening. I liked the speaker`s voice and she was calm and i could follow her. I would do this meditation again some day, because i was feeling so calm. This meditation is in my top 10 meditations. I can`t wait to listen something like this again. This meditation can reintroduce you to the part that`s been messing.
