Imagining the forest made my mind relax and at ease. Matt delivered this meditation clearly compared to the first version of this guide that I always distracted and has no background. I made myself focused and concentrated in Matt’s voice. Every details he said was as clear as a running water from riverside. I hope Ease will do more visualization like this one.
Very often we found ourselves in stressful situations caused by different reasons. And all we need is a little break from everything. The opportunity to travel mindfully anywhere you want sounds great, right? Visualization can make that true.Today Matt will lead you into an amazing experience in the forest where you can relax at its finest.
First of all, i really prefer meditations with a music background, it helps me a lot to stay concentrated. I think that this meditation would be much better with a birds sounds or river flowing in the background, it would catch the feeling with higher quality for sure. Anyway, i found this meditation very powerful because it got me distracted for the whole time and assisted me to "escape the reality" for a short period of time. I like the reader voice and his way of guiding, but i honestly think that it doesn't fit a lot in meditation videos. Good meditation in general, but not in my "top 10".
