Making good decisions for your life can be challenging. Often, insecurities about your choices interfere with actually achieving your goals. Learning to face the obstacles we put between ourselves and our goals is a skill that enhances the experience of life. Visualize yourself being motivated and succeeding!

It is true that Monday is the most stressful day for me. I have to straighten out the weekend mess and put away stuff. Generally messy day is another day for Monday. With this meditation I was able to look at the mess that stresses me as something small by imagining myself at the top of the mountain and the mess is down below. By doing so, it does not feel very overwhelming. By picturing myself looking at something small like task that needs to be done, I was able to group them together in your mind and create a plan.
It's all about breathing. The way you breath in and out, observe it. Feel the air coming in your nose and coming out in your mouth. Nourishing the mind, restoring your body, without thinking other things. Just do the breathing and leave all the worries behind. I think this meditation ended so soon. It needed more time to appreciate this meditation. I will just listen to this again to satisfy my relaxation.
New year is time for living, achieving goals, to stop worrying, to forget the past mistakes, making all new start all over again. All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them. Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm. Take your time and let your visualization takes its place! I enjoyed this meditation a lot!
