Treating Sexual Issues with Meditation
By: EASE Meditation
There are numerous methods to treat sexual issues in men and women. The sexuality aims at fulfilling love, bonding and pleasure for overall self. The beliefs [14] about self relate with beliefs about partner and what a person has knowledge about the partner is crucial for beliefs about self. Behaving with partner in a manner that ones want to be treated with i.e. with softness and politeness like a flower and with great care is appropriate for social support. The sexual pleasure is enhanced by cooperation between sexual partners and they feel like ecstasy drug use when seeks love.
Sexual health treatment need is usually recognized when partners feel functional [15] issues while performing the act but someone who face difficulty in sexual fantasies and initiating romantic acts is also the issue regarding sexual health with same intensity and consequences that hinders sexual pleasure. Evaluation and assessment of symptoms is the first step to screen out the type of issue and its severity. Just like any other behavioral issue, this needs attention. The clinical case studies of mindfulness have explained the utility of this training program for long-term perceptual alteration for better sexual health and relation between partners.
One of the readily taught exercises using meditation is as follows:
Sit on a chair in front of desk or on a mat on the floor. Focus on your muscles one by one like body scanning and relax them slowly for five minutes. Observe your breathing and the flow of energy spreading all over your body that starts to accumulate near your genitals. While working on this perception, you may open your eyes and your hidden capacity will enhance your sexual health internally through this mindset.
This exercise is adopted from Tantra and Taoism [16] as the historic Eastern practices.
