Waiting in line, whether you're in the counter or on travel, can be boring and even stressful. It awakens impatience and mood shifts for some. Thanks to smartphone technology, and EASE. With just a phone and a headset, you can hustle while waiting thru meditating this kind. Instead of entertaining negative thoughts, why not try to release the body tensions and regain the lost energies by resting your mind. Carol's voice is well-modulated for this ritual. The extended minutes after the voice guide is a good improvement for the episodes. Four and a half stars!

Canceled or delayed flights, checking the tickets, checking the baggage, waiting for everything to be put undet scanner and similar things are only the basic things that happen at the airports all the time. Everything become worse when you are standing in a line and hear people yelling "Come on, we are waiting whole day" and etc that can multiple the anxiety you feel. Anxiety while waiting stops us from being able to stand in the line and we start to feel a storm of nervousness in our chest. So the right thing to do is pull off your headphones and listen to this great meditation that can relax you a lot. Don't let little things like waiting ruin your trip and let Carol help you!

I liked this meditation but the topic didn't apply to me whatsoever since I haven't gone far traveling where I've waited in a line since I've been 12. I didn't really connect with this meditation which was why I gave it a bad reading. I feel like the topic was too narrow and specifically on waiting in line for traveling, I feel if it was broader like waiting in line for the dentist or for a concert that would have applied to me more. For people who travel a lot this meditation is probably better for them and they can use it more in their life. I would recommend this to anyone who travels a lot and has anxiety and stress while doing it.
