EASE Meditation  (EASE), a company registered in BC Canada is the owner of this website. These terms and conditions may be changed by EASE  from time to time.  

EASE may change its privacy policy but we will be bound by the privacy policy that was in place when your provided your personal information.

The content of this site is the property of EASE – this includes logos, look and feel, code, images, design, text and all other components except where ownership by another party is explicitly stated. If you use our property without our permission you will be violating the rights of EASE.

Use of this site is restricted to personal non-commercial use. This means that you may use this site for personal reasons to obtain a service, product or information . You may not use the site for commercial purposes such as competing against EASE, to analyze how EASE manages / provides services and products or any other purpose contrary to the interests of EASE.

Links to other websites do not imply any endorsement by EASE. EASE  will not provide any redress for any loss / harm you suffer from following one these links.

In no event shall EASE be liable for loss of profit and for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature or kind including but not limited to delays, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of data, loss of production, costs of capital or costs of replacement power, even if EASE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This agreement is made subject to the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any controversy, claim or breach arising out of, or relating to this Agreement, which the parties are unable to resolve to their mutual satisfaction, shall be settled by binding arbitration using the Arbitrators Association of British Columbia.
