Peter's experience on meditation is remarkable. Truly, meditation help improves relating with one's self and with others. And, as we grow older and the more that our minds gather everyday stories, guided meditation helps in like daily formatting our minds to be refreshed. Me too, found the daily ritual very helpful in identifying the greatest priority for the day. It's like exercising the mind to see the whole picture of a scenario, rather than to sweat out the minute details of it. This project is unique, and very timely for our busy generation.
Meditation is a subject that most of the people feel sceptic about. I think that is a result of a constant reviews like "I can not do it,is is very hard" ; "I don't know how to do it properly i think and i won't make it" ; " I can not concentrate" etc. The only thing meditation require is a will to do it and not giving up if you fail the first times, nothing else. I think we all share the same story with Peter, that we tried a couple of times and failed, but when we finally succeed we felt awesome. Great story!
I enjoyed this meditation because it was simple and pleasant to listen to. Adrian has a very soothing voice and for this type of meditation it was peaceful and relaxing with the music. I feel like this meditation is beneficial because it shows an individual's experiences with meditation and how they adapted their meditation styles to suit themselves best. I like how Peter went through different styles of meditation and it shown to successfully improve his mood and personal relationships. I enjoyed the length of the video because it got to the point without blubbering or adding unnecessary details.
