The voice and the music is in perfect harmony. I don't know if the music in this meditation is new, but I love that I could hear it and sounds like new to me. I love the new-ness of the music and the voice is so perfect, it sounds like she is talking next to me. What makes this meditation relaxing is that, she is talking about stillness and stillness alone, which helped my mind only focus on the stillness. It does not give me the confusion, for example, there was a meditation I listened to before and it was telling me to sit and notice something else like my hair, my clothes ... That's too much for me to handle. I mean, when I meditate I don't like thinking about my clothes and my hair lol. So this meditation is so far my top #1 favorite.
I love this meditation, simply because it is very profound and I think everyone could relate to the message. Erin is a very good reader and she gave the meditation some depth and feeling. I could really relate to this meditation, and I think we all do. When we over think about things, the muscles in our neck, shoulder tighten without even knowing it. Then we wonder why we have pains. Our body responds to the condition of our minds. When we are stressed, after few days or right on the same day we feel pain or even get sick. That's why I love meditating instead of taking pain pills that only numbs the brain and then the pain comes back twice as bad. I did this meditation with a combination of slow stretch of the neck and shoulders. I would really recommend this to anyone who are looking on relieving stressful minds and body.
Erin did a great job here. In the middle of listening to this, I fell asleep. For me, focusing in my breathing, helped my mind to ease the tension and minimize my stress. Definitely listen to thi again.
Another awesome meditation! Erin's voice is so soulful for this guide. And this episode is one of a kind. The visualization part releases the tensed muscles, it's as if you're really floating on the water. It's just so amazing that in a span of 8 minutes or less, you'll be able to relax your mind and body for a while. You may be on busy mode, but but this little moment for yourself will invigorate you. Now, come on try to experience it.
Our day can be full filled with a lot of activities and obligations that reduce our energy. At the end of the day we feel powerless and just want to go to sleep. But even though we feel sleepy and tired, our mind is still full of information and thoughts which we collected through the day that keeps us awake. We just need to find a way how to clear our mind up so we can have sweet dreams. Listen to this meditation carefully, breath and find your inner peace.
