Bath time is essential. Just relax and feel the sensation of this meditation. Have a stress free day ahead. Try this and relieve the tension in your body.
Shower time is supposed to be the time when we take a 5 minutes for ourselves and relax after a long day. But sometimes that is interrupted with reconsideration of all the moments, things and events from the day that passed by. And we all are aware that overthinking kills our happiness. It is time to change that with listening to this meditation, the feeling of refreshment is irreplaceable. Highly recommended!
Even though this isn't for me I enjoyed the different techniques to meditate. The reader didn't seem as calming or soothing as needed for such a personal experience. The subject matter was good for other people but for me i would feel odd to listen to someone else speak to me personally while I'm naked, especially a male voice. The soundtrack and background images/videos were okay but maybe needed to fit more towards the topic instead of being repetitive. Not in my top 10 favorites.
