Once again Emma did a great job. Her voice helped me to become more relax, calm and focus to start my morning today. Anyone can try this, if your moment gives you anxiety, stress or tension, you must try this. You will never regret you listen to this meditation.
I find my self falling asleep while doing this meditation. Added to that, Emma's voice is soothing and relaxing that will make you forget you'll be having a meeting 🙂 But really, it will empty your mind out of any apprehension for the coming hours. "Everything will be alright", that's the message of this episode. Even if you don't have a meeting to attend, the confidence that you can do your task ahead of time, that's the message this meditation will leave you with.
Meetings can cause a lot of stress on us. We constantly torture ourselves with question like "Will it be good?", "Will i manage to impress the others?", "What if they don't like me?". But we should be aware that a lot of stress can have some side effects on us. That kind of pressure can reduce our mind's productivity and be more confuse and not able to make a first impression properly. Really practical, i will definitely use before my next interview.
I liked this meditation because it was soothing and relaxing. It was helpful because it gave good tips on meetings which could be very stressful and worrisome. I liked the breathing exercises it used and that the speaker gave details on how to improve our body, mind, and emotions before a meeting. The soundtrack was nice and blended well with the speaker and the details were clear and precise. Meetings are very bothersome and this meditation allows many people from vast age ranges to relate to it and benefit.
