Meditation and Well Being




Well-being – Healthy and happy combined.


Meditation is a pleasant experience. Its enjoyable. There is no pain before the gain.  Plus it promotes well-being through emotional stability, emotional release. It’s calming. It’s good for your health. It helps you sleep better and can put you to sleep. Mindful eating can lead to improvements in mood and help with weight management. There isn’t a single facet of well-being that meditation cannot help with.




Well-being is an integrated state. Mediation can be the glue that hold all the components together.


Well-being requires all systems to be working in a balanced way. Like the spokes of a wheel – its bad when some are longer and some are shorter.
