How wonderful it is to be alive! I love this meditation, as it covers all the wonders of nature. I love how it feels to breath out all the negative feelings while taking in the positive ones. This is a good reminder for us too, to be grateful for all that we have, including the earth that most of the time we take for granted. We don't care to look at the window as we travel towards a chosen destination. This meditation helps me connect and remember how lucky I am to be in this beautiful planet

Breathe in gratitude. Despite the calamities that we and other countries are experiencing, our Planet is still our safe refuge. This guide creates mindfulness for every little creature we can see in our environment. It reminds us that everything provided here on Earth, deserves appreciation. We often forgot to gratitude the glorious planet we live in, our home. I enjoyed this meditation a lot because i am a nature lover. I am sending my prayers to all the people in the States according the chaos that is happening down there, so please make 5 min free time in your day and let this meditation be your "bright spot". I especially love the part where you are expanding your bubble wider and wider all the time, starting from yourself. I also like the calm music in the background.
