I really liked the beginning especially the music and the images. The speaker talked really slow which I love since it gave me time to do the things that the meditation told me to do. Some parts stopped and took a while to start again that I fell asleep in the middle of the meditation. The topic is not very common as with other meditation videos. This one talks about indigestion which is not only relaxing but also provided information about how it affects overall health.
I loved the topic for today's meditation. It exactly described how I feel everyday However, I felt that the speaker was speaking too fast. I can't concentrate on meditation because many things come up in my mind. And the voice was not that appealing to concentrate. I appreciate this meditation, but this was not for me.
This kind of meditation is so timely, especially for busy people nowadays. The topic and her words are affirming and full of energy. Though, the voice seems quite strong for this kind of meditation. It would be better if she sounded softer and a bit slow, I think. Still, this is one of a kind of thing to listen to, especially if you want to release negativity and bring in the good vibes.
I would honestly say that this medition is in my top 3 meditations ever. I would definitely do it again tomorrow or maybe some other day, because i was so amazed that i even played it twice. The thing I liked the most was the reader's voice, it guided me to enter the "zen mode" actually. This meditation video was so motivational, it helped a lot to get inner balance and to release my stress, it was a real "soul food". I would only say that maybe it would be better if the video is longer, it's really worth it.
The female reader was crisp and clear and pronunciated everything very well. Easy instructions to follow and understand. Nice music that went well with readers pitch. Background image for the meditation was a nice touch. Helpful for "letting go".
