I am really aware of this topic because 80% of the people have the same reaction when i mention meditations - they always make that confused face and you can feel the sceptism. Yes, i can fully understand that meditating sounds a little bit "scary" when it is mention for the first time. Am i going to be good? Am I doing it right? A lot of question go through your mind. But believe me, it is the most beautiful journey you will ever attend to. Listen to this meditation and don's hesitate to start meditating!
