Guided meditation [14] is used to ease stress, including occupational stress. Occupational stress can cause rampant headaches, body pain, emotional strain, and so much more. Guided meditation is a wonderful experience in which you can listen at resting state and it will influence a person’s subconscious mind. A professional worker not only gets emotional help, but also a deep understanding of the essence of relaxation. Someone who meditates is more likely to take breaks and not wear themselves out (burnout). Guided meditation causes a tension-free state and freedom from suffering and emotional pain or burdens of life.

Guided meditation makes professionals happier and more productive to work at their workplaces. The outcome of guided meditation for employees is seen in the form of stress reduction. There are no side effects of a stress-free life following a guided meditation. Research was carried out on employees testing guided meditation for the experience of positive emotional output. They concluded that three hours of meditation per week for eight weeks improved their mood and engagement at work. The businessmen will flourish and ideally, your concentration will enhance on working environment, active participation in the behavior one can feel in their inner self with fewer absentees [15]. A reason behind this outcome is a reduction in immunity-related problems as seen in those who suffer from flu shots and they witnessed that symptoms become less severe. Moreover, relaxed state increase blood flow and better cognitive functioning. This reduces the risk factors of stress-related illnesses. Only 10 minutes of daily meditation is enough, it is better to relate it to the workplace. Make your team’s group for this practice. Make it a social activity and whole office staff will release the pressure. This can be mixed with yoga postures to boost energizer and games for your staff cohesion and success.
