This was one of my favorite meditation. It got me asleep that I did not finish listening to this. So I listen to it again in the afternoon when I feel tired thinking about anything. And it did not disappoint me. It refreshed my mind and calmed my body. And Emma's voice was still relaxing. That's why she's my favorite reader.

One of the best meditation so far. It reminds me to not worry too much about the future. It made me feel lighter and focused. The speaker was so good that she made me concentrate on this. I will definitely listen to this again.

I feel motivated, very calming and full of energy to live this day to the fullest!
