Carol

I have been married for 28 years. It takes more than luck for relationships to last this long. I am very proud of mine. I would say that I have had 3 or 4 re-inventions in our 28 years together. Meditation was the tool that got us through our last re-invention. It has changed the way we express and manage anger, fear and anxiety. I tried meditation many times and lost interest many times. Then I found guided meditation.

I moved to Vancouver BC from Johannesburg about 25 years ago. Its an incredibly beautiful city and it’s very easy to live a good life here. I am a mom of 2 girls and the caregiver to my geriatric father who suffers from Alzheimer’s

Sarah

Hi. I hope you like my funny accent – I was born in South Africa – that is where it comes from.
Now I live in Vancouver. I read meditations for EASE as a favor for someone. I meditate when I
do yoga, but it’s not a daily occurrence.

Mike Arslan

I am a graduate from UNC-Wilmington who has a background in business, information systems, social media, eCommerce, and affiliate networking. I basically live on my laptop, but also really enjoy volunteering and helping others. Hiking, collecting ancient roman coins, video games, and playing sports are my other hobbies.

For me, learning to meditate has been a wonderful experience. I feel genuinely happy when I get finished with a session. Sometimes, I veer off from what the guide is saying and just think about all the things that I am grateful for. When I take 10 minutes a day to work on myself, I get so much in return. I am very thankful to EASE for allowing me to work and grow with such a great group of people.

Myleen Gatudan

Mabuhay! I am Myleen from the Philippines – an online freelancer/Virtual Assistant, full-time wife, and mom to three adorable children. For 13 long years I used to work as an Accounting Officer. Then, I quit and opted to do what I am passionate about. Currently, I’m doing research, reviews, learning SEO and various online marketing strategies while having fun with my family – the best perk of working from home!

As I would do my daily review for EASE, I realized that I could practically meditate whenever I’d like to, with ease! It’s exciting and the guides are really effective too. This has made me more focused, productive, and grateful for the blessings I have. Everyone must try their guided meditation and experience the difference!

Cheers to life, love, and meditation!

Salimon Abiodun

The things that trouble our spirits are within us already. In meditation, we must face them, accept them, and set them aside one by one. Mediation to me is a great exercise; most times underrated if I must say, due to how much effect it has had on me personally. Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance, know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom. I am someone that gets stressed a lot due to work and this stress builds up and causes depression or most at times makes me angry and because I believe that I will not be punished for my anger but punished by your anger, meditation helps to fix this, clear my mind and makes me think positive of the situation every time.

David Hulland

Hi, I’m Dave. I’m a 27 year old guy who likes to have a good sense of adventure in my life along with a good dose of spontaneity. Over the years I’ve enjoyed a lot of time travelling to different places and hopefully this continues. Like most people, I enjoy seeing new places and creating new stories. Martial arts is a big part of my life, I’ve been involved in Martial Arts since I was around 8 years old, currently I train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I lead a fairly active life  and have found that meditations are a great way to shut off and have time to myself, for me it’s the equivalent of having a beer and catch up with a friend, except there’s no beer and no friend, it’s just personal catch up time.
