Brain mechanisms are one side of the sexual health controlling processes. It is the most complicated part of the whole process and affected by both internal and external factors surrounding human brain and biochemical activities. The nervous system, regulation of hormones  and all other neurotransmitters that play their role in pleasure, reward, satisfaction and good feelings relevant to sexual behaviors. The changes occur in both physical and cognitive arousal due to these processes. Hormonal changes are explored first when we take step to treat sexual health problems.
Sexual health is not only a biological activity regulated by chemicals and instinct but also it is a social interaction process. It is essential to be totally influenced by chemical drive or the comfort level must be fair enough to deeply involve in a sexual act. All these factors create issues for people who are consumed by this act and needs to add lot of energy into this whole process just to find it as healthy activity. This intensive and invasive  act makes the risk excessive for women sometimes to attain issues like not feeling orgasmic as desired.
This complicated combination of overall human experience doesn’t allow the researchers to define sexual health as a one sided aspect of life. The expression  of sexual health is not only seen in sexual acts but also seen in how a person speaks, thinks, feels and behaves in a sexual way. This means that it is essential to experience sex as a whole. An open mind and unique behavior is what we called sexual health. Even it is basic and universal but this concept is still assumes as inert in organisms. Human beings are alive and they experience everything in sexual activity that they do regularly i.e. laughs and communication no matter what kind of activity is this regardless of gender it is must be equally beneficial for all.
A study was conducted on the sexual health and healing training with the name of SWEET . The training was a research-based intervention and it refers to as sexual wellness enhancement and enrichment training. They stated that it is a modified version of a skill group for mind and body. The program combines meditation, mindfulness for eating and conscious breathing, posture exercises and biofeedback for self-care and education. This study mainly found out the reduction in stress. Stress has deep impact on the mind and body functioning and even connection. Further psycho-education about the issues and management of sexual health helps the participants in recovering from this problem.
