We all have so many pictures, memories – both conscious and unconscious, in our heads that it is sometimes hard to quell the noise and focus on what you are doing. Being able to let go and just be in the moment will allow you to experience sensations to the fullest. This meditation shows you how to relax and learn how to have better sex.

Acceptance is a key to have a peace of mind. Learning it will help us to grow and to explore life more without limits. Allowing ourselves to love and accept our body makes us fully aware and fully relax. Emma gave me more focus on this meditation.

I see this meditation not as something taboo or too sensual, but to strive to be present in whatever you're doing. To let go of anything that bothers the moment when you're suppose to do what you ought to. It also affirms one's physical image, as to accept you're imperfections, and praise your given bod. Just as listening to a loved one, you don't have to give your idea to please the person. Just be present.

Sex is the most natural thing mother nature gave us the opportunity to experience. We should appreciate it and find a way to enjoy it to the maximum. Sometimes, our mind create obstacles by being occupied with different kind of thoughts that can stop us having full time pleasure. So upgrade your mind set on a whole new level and learn how to be happy by not worrying and be sure that your partner will notice that. Listening to this meditation will clear your mind and multiple the satisfaction!

I really enjoyed this meditation because it reviewed topics many companies are scared to talk about. It was about sex, and the reality behind it that not everything will be perfect so you have to let go of your insecurities and enjoy yourself and sex in its natural state. I thought the meditation was well put together and had many positive and reinforcing thoughts and messages. The breathing exercises were nice and the encouraging messages put a new perspective on ones body and how it shouldn't be shamed. If the message was repeated but in a different video not about sex it would be really good to teach adolescents not to be ashamed of their body and what society tells them.
