I am sure that we all have noticed sometimes that we have problems having an orgasm if other things are on our mind. So, first thing you should do is to set your mindset on a clear level and then, you can enjoy quality time with your partner. And we are all familiar with the fact that quality time with your partner leads to great orgasms. Let this meditation help you clear your mind and become more proud if who you are. I liked that this meditation was different and something not many other companies in general would be comfortable covering. Sex is a hard topic to talk about and especially for a meditation to talk about it so professionally. I liked the reader and felt she was sophisticated and smooth talking. I liked that this was about orgasming because it was helpful and interesting to listen to. I also enjoyed the music and words that were spoken because besides the orgasm factor they were original and calming. I would recommend this to anyone mature enough to understand it.
