This can be used anytime, any kind of situation you were in. It helped relax your body and clear away your thoughts from crowding your mind. Nervousness can make us forget what we are going to say and some time even more worse, we look tense and stiff. As always, Emma did a great job. She's still my favorite and top 1 on my list of readers here in Ease. Overall, I can go back to this meditation and listen over and over again as this helped me to relax.
Sometimes we go to the meeting well prepared and then when we are in front, we suddenly lost or confused because of nervousness. This meditation is a big help. It calms your mind and body so you can think and visualize your report clearly. Again, Emma did a great job. I will continue to listen to her.
Meetings bring anxiety and sometimes excitement. This meditation will help you feel relaxed and hopeful for a positive outcome of your busy day. Affirming words sooth away the worries and fears, and boost the "Can do" attitude in you. The narrator is just so right with her soft and calm voice for this meditation. I will definitely repeat this guide again.
We are all familiar with the thought that there is no second time for first impression. So that's maybe the most important thing to remember before you go to a meeting. So the real question is, why to mess that first impression because of stress, panic or anxiety? Take your time before going to a meeting and reduce all of that, simply and easy with this meditation. Full fill your mind with great thoughts and let your selfconfidence glow!
Honestly, this is the first time I see a meditation about this topic and i really think it is very helpful! So many questions before a meeting, and this meditation is the answer to all of them! I am sure that everyone of us is able to get ready 15 minutes earlier and use that extra minutes to relax with this meditation, because under strees the chances of making a wrong impression are increased. If you focus completely on what Emma is saying and let her guide you, she will definitely make sure "the butterflies in your stomach" go away. Keep up the good work!
